With the help of HotSwap and Plug & Play, hard disks of the form factors 2.5” and 3.5” can be easily inserted, exchanged and put into operation. If the Docking and CloneStation is connected to the PC, both drives are recognized independently.

The drives are simply plugged into the Docking and CloneStation. Press only one button to start the clone process without the need of a USB 3.0 connection.

A total of four LEDs indicate the progress during the clone process. The duration of the process depends on the type of drive (HDD/SSD) and the respective size.
